Originally built as condominiums for local residents, the nine suites are designed for convenience and comfort. They are located in a quiet family neighborhood close to town. Our ocean front property is just a short 10 minute stroll from the heart of Cruz Bay and still holds the charm of “old St. John.”

Ron and Jenni, the current managers, live on site and met in Colorado and moved to St John in June 2026 and now call it home.
