From the Passenger Ferry
** Please note there is construction underway in the Cruz Bay area and different streets may be blocked off on any given day or time. Please call right away if you are confused if a road is blocked and need guidance in getting here- this should be completed by mid December 2021.
There are two ways to drive to Coconut Coast Villas. The first route is the shortest, but does take you down a very steep hill and may be for the more adventurous guests. The second route is relatively flat and just a tad longer. Both are within the 5 minute range to drive from Cruz Bay town. GPS does not work here and please do not rely on it!
#1 Route:
Take your first right after the ferry dock by St. John Spice Company.
Go all the way down the one way road behind Wharfside Village.
Take a right at the stop sign by the Catholic church.
Go along the water and up past the Gallows Point Resort.
After Gallows Point, continue on same road – but bear left at the next intersection.
There will be a sign for Coconut Coast ART Studios – this is not us – go left here.
Go to top of hill. You will pass Star Villas and Battery Hill Guest House.
Continue until road T’s with some white lattice fencing on your right – turn right.
Go down the steep hill to the bottom and it will turn left (only way possible).
There will be a salt pond on your right.
Continue until the next bend and turn right onto the gravel road.
You will see Coconut Coast Villas on your left. Two tall gray buildings with blue trim.
Pull into the cement pad (or continue to the gravel lot next door) to park
Come into the office which is the left hand door in the first building you passed.
#2 Route:
Take your first right after the ferry dock by the St John Spice Company.
Follow this road to the Stop Sign by the Catholic Church.
Turn left and you will be on a one-way street, follow it to next Stop sign.
Turn right and follow past police station to the Roundabout.
Take your 4th LEFT off the Roundabout, you will go down past Fire Station.
Come to Stop sign (tennis courts on your left).
Go straight and follow this road until you get to “Sea Shore Allure”.
The road bends to the right here, follow it and at the T-intersection turn left.
Go straight and when you hit the gravel road, we are just on the left.

Come into the office which is the left hand door in the first building you passed.
From the St. John Car Barge:
Take a left out of the Barge lot.
Follow the water – go straight until the road bends to the right and ends in a “T”.
Take a left and go straight 150 yards.
You will see Coconut Coast Villas on your left. Two tall gray buildings with blue trim.
Pull into the cement pad (or continue to the gravel lot next door) to park.
Come into the office which is the left hand door in the first building you passed.
