Additional Conditions
- 50% down deposit is required at time of booking.
- A 12.5% hotel tax will be added to each nights stay.
- A Cleaning fee is assessed for each stay and covers the cleaning of the room when you depart. There are no daily housekeeping services. The cleaning fees are as follows: Studio = $100, Two Bedroom Suite = $200, Three Bedroom Suite = $300
- If you wish to have a mid- stay clean you will be charged an additional cleaning fee, unless you are staying 10 nights or more. If you stay 10 nights of more, we offer a free mid -stay cleaning.
- Rates are for double occupancy.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of guests per unit to a reasonable number.
- Additional person charges may apply. The charge is $50.00 per person per night.
- A minimum of 3 nights stay is required. We may accommodate a shorter stay on a case by case basis, please contact us by telephone or email to inquire. If we accept a shorter stay, the full balance of the reservation is due at the time of booking.
- Some dates (holidays) are subject to a longer minimum stay requirement.
- We reserve the right to move guests to similar suites based on occupancy needs
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to ask troublesome guests to leave after giving a fair warning.
- There are no refunds for late arrival or early departures – for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days you will be provided a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival, we do not provide a refund, unless we can re-rent your unit. If we do re-rent your unit, you will get a refund, minus our 10% cancellation fee. You must contact us in writing if you need to change or cancel your reservation. The 10% cancellation fee is on the Grand Total. Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. We do not provide a refund due to natural disasters, personal emergencies or any other reason outside of the cancellation window.
